One of the bravest steps is reaching out for help. Searching for the right therapist can feel overwhelming — if you’re here, know that you deserve healing and well-being. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about connecting more deeply with yourself, your resilience, and your capacity to heal. I offer trauma-informed somatic therapy for women moving out of survival mode and into nervous system regulation.

 

Therapy with me is a safe space to exhale. I blend mind and body to help you reconnect with resilience and healing. I combine trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches with somatic therapy, mindfulness and yoga-inspired practices to calm your nervous system, release tension, and create space for physical and emotional restoration

 

You don’t need to have everything figured out before our first session — it’s normal not to know where to start. Our initial meeting is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard. From there, we’ll explore your needs and start shaping a path that feels right for you.
